It is true that FL is not as gun friendly as PA. It is hot here and no open carry at all. So we are very limited in firearms for concealment. You don't want your shit to accidently slip up or you can be arrested. Certain ammo is also prohibited like 12 gauge Dragon Breath rounds, bump stocks, etc. Don't even think of going on a school including college campus with a gun. Mace is even banned over 2 oz without a permit. So many places are off limits with a firearm.

    •Any polling place
•Any meeting of the governing body of a county, public school district, municipality or special district
•Any meeting of the Legislature or a legislative committee
•Any school, college or professional athletic event not related to firearms
    •Any school administration building
•Any portion of an establishment licensed to dispense alcoholic beverages for consumption*
•Any elementary or secondary school facility
    •Any area technical center
    •Any college or university facility*
•Inside the passenger terminal and sterile area of any airport*
•Any place where the carrying of firearms is prohibited by federal law

    Laws are prohibitive, not enabling.

The law only prohibits the concealing of "firearms", except if you have LTCF. Since there isn't a law prohibiting the concealment of rifles/shotguns, no LTCF is required to do so(except in Philly or during a SoE).

Now you have to be 21yo to even buy a rifle or shotgun at a FFL in FL. PA follows federal law of 18yo.

FL has statewide waiting periods on handgun purchases, counties can implement waiting periods on rifles/shotguns(licensees exempt on handguns/long guns). No waiting period in PA.

FL carry license = $97(license+fingerprints fee), requires fingerprints, requires a dog & pony show(training). Renewal $45. (If at Tax Collector, add $22 for application, $12 for renewal)
PA carry licensee = $20, what?, what? Renewal $20.

Absent a State of Emergency, and outside of Philly, and on foot - folks in PA can legally openly carry handguns, rifles, and shotguns without a license. And also carry a rifle or shotgun concealed without a license(example: AR15 under a trenchcoat).

Background check fee is $8 in FL.
In PA it is $2+$3 for each firearm being transferred at the time of background check.

    Handgun possession: FL = 18yo, PA = 18yo.
Long gun possession: FL = 18yo, PA = as low as freshly squeezed from a vagina.

The only two things FL has on PA are:
    1. unregulated private transfers of handguns.
    2. no "data base" of handgun transfers.
No waiting periods on handgun purchases if one is a Concealed Carry Permit holder. Plus, no permit is required to have a loaded handgun in your car provided it is in the glove box or covered center console. Pa is a big NO on that one.
Relationships between men and women can be difficult - but not impossible.

If the Socialist wins on recount he's going to have his hands full changing the world around him. He's an idealistic young man with few contacts and influence. Since he's a Democrat he won't get the support for "gun control" from Republicans.

Gov Scott blamed the kids from Parkland for convincing him to endorse their wish list. This is total nonsense. Scott got talked to by party leadership, the same clowns who convinced the Vermont governor to implement pointless measures. They told him that soccer Moms support gun control, which is true, they do. Scott figured if he wanted to sing and dance Inside of the Beltway that he better give the gun control lobby a bit. We'll see if it helps, cause Nelson is damn close to winning re-election with the vote counting fraud in S. Florida.

The dust still hasn't settled on the Florida gun laws. Things could turn against some of these laws.

My Gov Scott acted like a real POS raising the age for long guns and banning bump sticks. These inept Supervisors of Elections were not fired by him. He does have the power to remove an elected official for cause but did not. Now it affects him. If he would have done his job he would not be in this pickle. His opponent is likewise an anti gun politician. No matter which one wins, neither will support 2A
