SBR Engraving, How To Finish?
Well guys...any day now I should see my paperwork come back for a Thompson SBR.
I've read many good things here about Laserworx in Pottstown and also have a local engraver as an option.
I assume that after the engraving is completed, I need to protect the engraved area from rusting. Is there a preferred manner, cold blue, paint, etc?
I'm thankful for your thoughts...and yes...I searched first.
(I'm not even getting into the discussion of whether or not it needs to be engraved. Some shops tell me no (unless you plan to sell) and others say yes. My thinking is that "yes" avoids any potential problems)
