I would also encourage members to make actual phone calls to at least the members of the appropriations committee, or as many as you can.

List of Pennsylvania Senate Appropriations Committee Members.

Phone calls make a difference. I want their phones to be ringing off the hook!

I am writing my letter to all 50 senators now. However, I cant find A09226 and I would like to read it so I know what it say's before sending out my support of it. I read the Bill HB 1845, Does the currant print of that bill have the amendments of A09226 written into it? I am only asking becuase on the amendments page it only show's these amendments-A06170 HARPER
    A06178 LEVDANSKY
    A06346 FAIRCHILD
    A06348 METCALFE
    A06378 ADOLPH
    A06414 GODSHALL
    A06415 O'NEILL
    A06465 D. O'BRIEN
    A06467 FAIRCHILD
    A06542 GODSHALL
    A06547 STABACK

Just looking for clarification is all, thanks.

A09226 may not be published to the web yet (Pennsylvania is one of the most technologically backwards legislatures in the country.)

That does not surprise me lol. I guess the only issue I had while reading the bill that was available was this section.

    (1) For purposes of a firearm as defined in section 6102
16 (relating to definitions), obtained a completed
17 application/record of sale from the potential buyer or
18 transferee to be filled out in triplicate, the original copy
19 to be sent to the Pennsylvania State Police, postmarked via
20 first class mail, within 14 days of the sale, one copy to be
21 retained by the licensed importer, licensed manufacturer or
22 licensed dealer for a period of 20 years and one copy to be
23 provided to the purchaser or transferee. The form of this
24 application/record of sale shall be no more than one page in
25 length and shall be promulgated by the Pennsylvania State
26 Police and provided by the licensed importer, licensed
27 manufacturer or licensed dealer. The application/record of
28 sale shall include the name, address, birthdate, gender,
29 race, physical description and Social Security number of the
    30 purchaser or transferee,
I just was wondering if they removed the SS# from being required or if it was always required. I personally do not mind putting my SS# down as I always have done, but I had thought some of us do not put our SS# down. Just wondering If someone could give me clarification.

SS#'s can not be required, and that case was won in PA courts. It can be ASKED for but they have to say on the form that it is not required. At that point it's up to you whether you want to deal with any potential confusion caused by not providing it.

Email sent, thank you for the info!
The first vehicles normally on the scene of a crime are ambulances and police cruisers. If you are armed you have a chance to decide who gets transported in which vehicle, if you are not armed then that decision is made for you.

Be prepared, because someone else already is and no one knows their intent except them.
