I'm sensing a red flag related to your country of origin and your reluctance to mention it.
How can you have any cookies if you don't drink your milk?

Because it's relevant to the conversation.
Because you obviously don't want us to know which makes it more relevant.
Because I have a low tolerance for people that tell half truths and ask for feedback.

I respectfully disagree. The fact I didn’t tell you where I am from does not make all I mentioned a half truth. I already told a lot about me during the conversation. I did not go to a Sheriff’s department or going to a state police office to tell them false stories. Make sense?

What difference does it make? Neither answer changes the correct answers that apply here.

The only red flag is being asking this kind of info. Especially someone who has a penchant for starting threads the threads that you start. Hell, I don't want to tell you what country I am from either.

So, you can own one for hunting, if you are licensed, but can not buy one for concealed carry. You are limited to hunting.
He is not entirely limited to hunting. He can purchase a pistol for home defense.

I work occasionally at an gun shop and recently had customer who is an Australian National purchase a Sig M17. He is here for work, similar to the OP. He had a PA DL, his I94 and a PA hunting license. The PICS check was submitted via the online portal and a PICS operator called the shop to verify some info and that the customer had a hunting license in his possession. After confirmation, an approval number was given and the customer went home with his new pistol.

As Mr. Prince has stated, he has clients like the OP, who have been approved for a PA LTCF. I believe the OP should contact him or GunLawyer for further assistance.
