Going to harrisburg for the 1st time, was wondering what the best gun shops are there.

Trop Gun is not far from Harrisburg. You can rent guns to try out in their indoor range.

Bass Pro is good or window shopping to order cheaper online, not buying.

Staudts Gun Shop is on 22 east of the burg, only been there once myself so I can't speak to whether it is a good one or not.

Zimm's Guns and Ammo is in Hummelstown just off 322, never been there myself...

I also see a lot of ads for Spar Firearms in nearby Mechanicsburg. Never been there.

If you do travel to Elizabethtown to visit Trop Gun, also look into Lanco Tactical in town and Kinsey's Outdoors just outside of E-town

Lanco is an excellent choice. They do training too.
