We will list some the speakers:

Joshua Prince of the Firearms Industry Consulting Group will be one of the speakers at the 2018 EDC Conference. He will be discussing firearms law concerning carrying on your person and in vehicles.
Here is a blog article about a recent victory he has made for our 2nd amendment rights.

Tragedies, like those this last week, stand as a reminder why Events like the EDCC are so essential. You will be given a wealth of knowledge, and new ideas to help you better protect yourself and loved ones. We encourage you to invite and bring your family and friends who are unsure if they should carry or not. There is room for 100 to attend, and as of now, three weeks out, we are half full. If you haven't signed up yet. Now is the time to do so.

One way to better protect myself is to never set foot on your ranges. Perhaps Joshua Prince could also talk about criminal and civil liability when running asshat adrenaline drills in class? Seriously, it would be interesting to get his take on this. If one student shoots another in the head, what is his liability? What's the liability of the host range, if they see that video and host you anyway? What's your liability when violating universally-held safety rules?

It is never a good idea to rush into anything. A video came to our attention earlier in the week, that appears to have been recorded at an RTG class. We wanted to take the time and review it and ask questions and find out what was happening during the recording of the video. Was there a problem with the class and drill? Yes. The class was a specialized class that was run under the RTG banner, but whose curriculum was the sole creation of the instructor running the class. No other RTG personnel were present. It was outside the normal standards of RTG’s core classes. It was our fault for not completely reviewing the POI (Points of Instruction) before the class was held. We have taken steps to make sure that this never happens again. The instructor has been suspended and a complete review of his and all other class POI that are outside our core classes is being conducted
