Yeah, you have (15) days to produce your license for the written warning, or as the law says, show up at the magistrate within (15) and be found not guilty if issued a citation. Nothing says you can't be issued the citation on the spot for not having the license with you, but it's a waste of time to do it that way.

And no, I'm not being sarcastic.
Why, because the law requires you to carry it. Don't want to carry it, then be ready to face the consequences of your actions. Last night, the J-Net system was down so no one could run any drivers license or vehicle registration.

So if the system is down, and a driver doesn't have their license on them, how do you cite them?

I personally would not go to a game land range. I typically belong to multiple gun clubs.

I also think because of it being hunting season that the Warden's are at the game land ranges more this time of the year.

    Their range...their rules.

If they can be identified through some other means with 100% certainty, they can be sent on their way and be sent one in the mail. If not... they can be taken forthwith to see the judge .

Your LTCF could be revoked, and you could still be carrying the original card. Does that mean it's still valid?
Ahh ha! I knew it. Amish FBI.

And now..........we have a problem. Well, I should say the person who was driving has a problem. This is the reason for the law, requiring you to have the license on you whenever you are driving a vehicle.

But, since the driver doesn't have his license, I have to try and verify his information using other documents, maybe another officer is familiar with him, etc. It becomes a real fuster cluck sometimes.
