Using a school building as a polling place does present an interesting conundrum. I'm sure the legality of carrying a firearm in such a polling place could well be argued in court, but at what expense? One would most likely lose such a case in Commonwealth Court, and possibly even the Court of Appeals, leaving a trip to the Supreme Court as a distinct possibility. One might possibly win such a case, but it would definitely be expensive.

Rep. Daley again. She's on a crusade. I wonder who she really works for.

technically carrying on school ground is legal by definition. just haven't beaten the corrupt judicial system into accepting the words on the paper.
just like every other instance of infringements...

And if you don't have deep pockets, you'd be visiting POOFA during your daily 15 minutes of Internet access from the prison library.

you can take your pick of "shall not be infringed" "shall not be questioned" or even "any other use"
my words mean what they mean. it is legal, our courts are perverse and have not been beaten into submission, they continue to peddle an anti-gun agenda.
we're both dancing around the same tree, obviously you'd wind up in prison. and deep pockets won't help to ensure they don't make an example of you.

Police may not be "stationed" at the polls. BIG difference.
In Philadelphia, if we get a call at a polling location, a supervisor has to go also. They don’t want any uniformed police hanging around and someone claiming intimidation.

Yup, can't have any voter intimidation in Philly.

Rules are written in the stone,
Break the rules and you get no bones,
all you get is ridicule, laughter,
and a trip to the house of pain.

One step at a time... let's just stop dead people from voting first, then we will worry about the walking dead.
