    Take it easy Nathan.
People are just trying to help you out.

There is a lot of sarcasm by the members here.
Ball busting is a popular pastime on Poofa.
Take it as humor not insult.

Bottom line is that for these kinds of questions you need to speak to a reputable gun lawyer.
That is the only way you can be sure the advice you get is 100% reliable.

Contact Phil Kline at the links I posted above.
He is a very knowledgeable gun lawyer and he can give you appropriate advice.

Please vote, and please vote pro gun in every election.
Voter guides are posted here before every election.

    Best of luck to you.

But I agree. Let me put on my tin foil hat and mention that maybe the PO would look good if he told you you could possess a firearm, and then nailed you for that violation.

Put in your ARD time. Then get back on track.
Technically he alleges that his lawyer also told him sooooooo maybe he should get a 3rd opinion from an FFL?

What does that have to do with anything here? You think it gets you a break?

If you want to play the veteran card, some may say you showed a lack of judgement and should have been more disciplined. I don't know the details. I will say that you really shouldn't set up a profile on here WITH YOUR REAL NAME! Ask a mod to delete this account ASAP.

I can't absolutely prove that governmental types monitor these bulletin boards, but one time I wrote an article for an electronic pro-Second Amendment publication and fairly soon thereafter I get hauled in for an audit by IRS.

Yea sorry there are a few of us on here. So don't expect a grand reaction.
Add on we do get quite alot of stories that once we pick at a few things it the whole thing comes apart. Not saying yours will but no posts no rep and in trouble, questions will be asked.

Good luck putting this behind you.

So the driver behind you, who apparently called this in, or reported to police didn’t seem to think you were in danger of road rage or being robbed? Also unless you pointed the gun at someone, is there any law against having you gun out or loose in the car? Seems like there is more to the story as always

Seriously? You know what the person behind him was thinking?
It couldn't be that a person simply "saw a gun", got scared, and called the police?

Poofa - If there isn't an interesting story, make one up that is.
I called to check my ZIP CODE!....DY-NO-MITE!!!
