Default Need advice = Issue with Sig P-365 magazine

This forum has always been a great help with any issues or advice I sought help with in the past and I appreciate that.
I have a new (previously fired about 48 rounds through it since purchase). 12-round Sig P-365 9mm magazine.
Last time out to the range I fired another 12 from this magazine and when I went to reload it and even after 4-5 tries, it would only load 3 rounds then act like it was fully loaded. I kept trying but still would not accept more than 3 rounds. Any advice? What do you think gunsmiths? Spring problem, follower problem???

    Thanks.

Have you disassembled the magazine to see why it’s binding?

Unless the body got dented, yea I'd take it apart.

Thank you, I took it apart, no obvious flaws, cleaned it and reassembled it and now it loads without a problem. I appreciate your reply, thanks for taking the time.

Not shaming you but so few people give their mags some love. Depending on use run a oiled and dry patch trough your mags every so often 1-2 years? You might be shocked how they come out.

If it happens again, send it back to SIG for replacement.
