    Bought some grips from my Taiwan buddy for the NY State Corrections Model 10 snub I bought a few weeks back. Torn between the grips that were on it - which I learned here were probably original, or the ones from my Taiwan grip maker - lol. Two totally different looks for sure. I'm leaning original even though I love wood grips :

    The full grip looks HUGE on that shortie, the wood grips accentuate that.
    I admit I’m not a fan of the Thai grips for S&Ws, they don’t fit right against the trigger guard in my experience.
    I’m also not a fan of finger grooves.
    I know I didn’t help but wanted to chime in.
    I’d be on the lookout for an original set of wood panels if it were mine.

    That was another option. The Thai grips fit perfect - I've bought several pairs from the same guy down there - all great quality and fit
