Courts are like a backup parachute, not really meant to be used, but there just incase, and with unpredictable results. We need to regain control over our elected lawmakers and address these issues at the legislature. That is the purpose / intent of the legislature, to make / repeal laws.

That letter came with a statement that absent hearing back with a compelling reason in support of the YES vote, the Senator will not get my vote in November. Be interested in seeing if I get a response with a compelling reason.

I am not a lawyer and I do not speak legalese, let alone understand it much- but I think a person has to be 'harmed' by the legislation before they can sue. I tip my hat to the lawyers....

Wolf signed into law this week. I didn't see anyone mention it on here.

Probably b/c it was assumed he’d sign and not veto it.

They would rather have Wolf serve 1 final term so Turzai can run in 2022. If Wagner wins, they know he'll go 2 terms which makes Turzai wait until 2026. Also, they hate Wagner because he's not part of the corrupt establishment and is committed to busting their stranglehold on government.
Makes sense. Wagner reminded me a bit of trump. National republicans were out to screw trump so it makes sense some state republicans would screw a state candidate.

So you guys think violent convicted wife-beaters should keep their guns?
The voters of delaware think they should be elected senator and the voters of Minnesota seem to think they should be elected attorney general.
