    Courts are like a backup parachute, not really meant to be used, but there just incase, and with unpredictable results. We need to regain control over our elected lawmakers and address these issues at the legislature. That is the purpose / intent of the legislature, to make / repeal laws.

    Today I am sending out letters. One to my Rep thanking him for voting NO. One to my State Senator expressing my deep disappointment in the YES vote, including a refusal to consider amendments. That letter came with a statement that absent hearing back with a compelling reason in support of the YES vote, the Senator will not get my vote in November. Be interested in seeing if I get a response with a compelling reason.

    I am not a lawyer and I do not speak legalese, let alone understand it much- but I think a person has to be 'harmed' by the legislation before they can sue. I tip my hat to the lawyers....
