I am finding I am getting better traction on the phone by simplifying the narrative as follows.

"Hello my name is Berncly and I am a PA voter. I am calling about HB2060 which is in the Judiciary Committee. Please tell the Senator I am against HB2060 as written. I support SB501 which is the sister Bill in the Senate."

They ask for my name and city with zip code.
That's it.

If it makes it through committee today that's first consideration. Second consideration will be tomorrow and will be the last chance for any amendments.
