A lady said she saw body parts on the ground. It sounded pretty nasty.

One of the things that crossed my mind was a nitro's oxide bottle explosion. All of these young kids run around in jap scrap cars thinking they are cool. The bottle could have been leaking into the car. Someone lights a lighter and BOOM! Does anyone know how the PD knew this was criminal right away? If they already had an idea something was going on, why didn't they prevent it?

    .
ALLENTOWN, Pa. - Allentown police, the FBI and the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives are investigating a deadly car explosion in the city in which three males were killed.

The Lehigh County coroner said in a news conference Sunday afternoon three males were killed in the car explosion in the 700 block of Turner Street. It happened around 9:30 p.m. Saturday.
The identities of the males will be released on Monday, the coroner said. The autopsies will also take place Monday.

Lehigh County District Attorney Jim Martin said officials have "a high degree of confidence the perpetrator was probably killed in the incident.
    "
The explosion was an "isolated incident," Martin said.

ATF official Don Robinson said the investigation was still in its early stages.

The FBI said in a tweet it does not believe there is any remaining threat to public safety, a sentiment which was echoed by several officials at the press conference.

Why are they doing an autopsy when they obviously died due to the explosion and resultant fire? I thought we didn't do autopsies on obvious deaths, or is that rule only in place for SCOTUS members?
Rules are written in the stone,
Break the rules and you get no bones,
all you get is ridicule, laughter,
and a trip to the house of pain.
