Did they mention the state constitution as well as the LTCF?

Re: Loaded firearms in vehicles.
I can't see the downside of thousands of 911 calls, complaining of men and women getting out of their cars and immediately loading a handgun.
Nope, nobody would be concerned about that.

Re: Loaded firearms in vehicles.
Does this have any chance of becoming law, or is this just political grand standing?

Re: Loaded firearms in vehicles.
Why would you have an unloaded firearm?
That would be like having an empty fire extinguisher.
With a LTCF of course.Last edited by :-); October 3rd, 2018 at 08:59 AM.

Actually, it's more like leaving the pin in a fire extinguisher until you need it. Sure, it's possible to imagine a scenario where you'd only have 1 hand available to put out a fire, but everybody leaves the pin in anyway.
I can load an empty gun, or chamber a round in an un-chambered gun, in about 20 minutes less than it would take you to fill an empty fire extinguisher.Attorney Phil Kline, AKA gunlawyer001@gmail.com
