    We need some Constitution respecting legislators to add on an amendment to any "gun control" bill making it apply to not just all citizens but also law enforcement. Laws should be for all or none, period.

    This is disturbing. It essentially allows any law to be passed that can make exceptions to the LTCF. A law can be passed that says no carrying on a public street; or no carry in a gathering larger than 10 people.

    One can have an LTCF while new laws make it meaningless

    And yet I and others like me that enjoy some LEO immunity from the gun laws, fight harder against gun control than many of those here without any immunity.
