It will not. This is just the first one out of the floodgate that our own GOP opened up today. We will be fighting these bills forever.

Hughes is my Senator. His district consists of North Philthadelphia, West Philthadelphia, and Northwest Philthadelphia. Oh, and three municipalities in Montgomery County including mine. So how the hell does he represent my interests? A rhetorical question. He doesn't, and he's made that clear in his responses to my many e-mails. And my state rep, Madeleine Dean is at least as bad. (And she's running for Congress. Swell.)

I'm so fucking tired of these people, and there's zero chance they'll get ousted by a pro-2A opponent in Philthadelphia or in the surrounding suburbs that have slowly turned into liberal shitholes. I don't know why I continue to contact them. It's like pissing in the wind. I guess I get some satisfaction out of being a small thorn in their side....or maybe I'm fooling myself.

    I gotta move.

Just introduced. They only added the text to it yesterday.

For this to pass they would have to pass a bill rewriting 6105 (i) allowing for the term to cross over to other statutes.

So how safe is it going to be with all these concealed carriers loading and unloading their firearms all day long? How many calls to police "I just saw a person pull his pistol and load it in the parking lot - Come quick!? Tooo many f**king morons in our political system looking to solve our smallest of problems with legislation effecting large numbers of citizens.

The hope is to kill off the concealed carrier. Make the LTCF worthless.

Does not say if it would be a crime still if you have an LTCF. I'm guessing that since it is a moron making the law, that it would still be a crime.
It's already illegal to carry a loaded long gun in a vehicle.
