    NY State is pretty strict and around the Binghamton area the number of shootings and stabbings but thugs is on a rise to now almost daily.. glad I finally got my NY State unrestricted and yes I try very hard to avoid the bad areas, but that doesn't leave much of Binghamton to see LOL
