Default Shooting at DJ's office. Police officer kills active shooter.

Masontown, PA – A German Township police officer shot and killed an enraged man on a shooting spree on Wednesday afternoon.

The gunman shot four people, including Masontown Police Sergeant Scott Miller, before his rampage was stopped, according to the Herald Standard.

Masontown and German Township officers rushed to stop the shooter.

“In this case as is so often the case, the German Township officer ran toward the danger, not away,” Fayette County District Attorney Richard Bower told reporters at a press conference on Wednesday evening. “He protected 30 to 40 people from injury or death.”

Unfortunately the lefties don't recognize police officers under the whole "good guy with a gun" logic since most would agree police should be the only ones with guns.

Glad this was stopped fast by these great officers.

The article mentions the cops as heros, but not the two people who assisted the wounded, using their clothing and belts to make tourniquets.

The only one that died was the bad guy. I don't think it's all that negative for us. He was prohibited due to the PFA but he had a gun regardless. It goes to what we say, bad guys will get guns regardless of the law you put in place. That means the only way to stop the bad guy is good guys being armed. I realize it plays to the narrative that only cops need guns but it's hard to argue with the outcome.

IMO its not bad or good news. It proves that a piece of paper cant save you from violence. A PFA is as worthless as gum on your shoe. Its closing the barn door after the horses have ran out. This type of incident proves that it takes a good guy with a gun. It also shows why court rooms shouldn't be gun free zones. He broke multiple laws starting with a piece of paper and ending in a gun free zone. As for the bad guy being dead, he accomplished most of his mission. The Woman is still alive.

And so when you and wifey have your next blow-up and she decides to go Blasey on your ass, the cops toss your entire house to satisfy a PFA...

The good guy with a gun is a hero, he risked his life to end the threat, those who aided the injured are heroes if they rendered such aid under the threat of their own death or serious injury. JMO.

Sure, but that's because you have reasoning skills and common sense.

To the rest, she needed a "better" PFA and nobody should own guns because this is what will happen.
