    Default bad,bad safe

    Purchased a small first alert digital safe from Home Depot
    After 2years it jammed in the locked position.
    Safe has 5 year guarantee.
    Called First Alert they stated they would pay $75.00 toward repair of safe.
    I would be responsible for any balance after that.
    No where does the warranty state that.
    If safe cannot be repaired then they would replace it.
    Think I will file a claim with the Philadelphia BBB.
    I'd rather have a gun in my hand then a cop on the phone.

    They should pack the doors with tannerite for in case the door won't open.
