Re: "Anything more than five rounds and you are a problem"
If I had to guess, I'll would bet this guy is tactical as fuck. He probably shoots his handgun at least once a year and can put 5 rounds in the vitals at 3 yrds.
Any vote for a third party is a vote for a Democrat. You are the enemy.

Re: "Anything more than five rounds and you are a problem"
I carry six rounds. If I was really worried about running out of ammo, I'd be pushing around a wheelbarrow full of ammo.
I work the probabilities. The likelihood of me needing my gun is low, the chance of needing more than six rounds is lower. If I lived in a crime ridden neighborhood, I might rethink my choices.
I used to have a neighbor who always carried a screwdriver. Not a Swiss Army knife, not a Leatherman, a real screwdriver that could be flipped from slotted to Phillips (a Klein, if memory serves). Why? Just in case. He said that he wanted to be ready if he needed a tool.

What did Cuomo say? "You don't need ten bullets to kill a Deeeaaaah!" Idiots. All of them.

Re: "Anything more than five rounds and you are a problem"
I haven't heard anyone who favors limiting guns to 10 or 7 rounds, who thinks that's a good idea for cops, too.
There aren't 2 different sets of bad guys out there. We encounter the exact same bad guys as cops do. If cops need 15 or 20 rounds, with a loaded AR-15 in the trunk just in case, then we probably do as well. Because cops aren't the primary prey of bad guys, we are. Cops almost always have advance notice of the situation into which they are sent, we almost never do (in fact, if you're told 5 minutes ahead of time that there's an armed threat a mile away, and you go there, your defenses are reduced in court.)Attorney Phil Kline, AKA gunlawyer001@gmail.com

Re: "Anything more than five rounds and you are a problem"
Have you ever seen them at the range? Yes, they do. And every new gun ban exempts them, on the premise that "cops are different, they need to protect themselves".
And there's no law holding police accountable for failing to protect us, so it must be about self-defense. I now have some std cap mags from 1994-2004 that are marked "Law Enforcement Only", and the Framers would roll over in their graves if they saw something like that.Attorney Phil Kline, AKA gunlawyer001@gmail.com
