CZ 455
So I've been looking for a bolt action to go along with my lever and semi. I walk into my LGS and browse every Sunday after shooting. The clerk says we just got this in, you might be interested. He brings out a 2017 CZ 455 Varmint 22LR in near mint condition. I look it over and tell him, I'll be right back. After some haggling... she is mine. So looking forward to shooting her this weekend.
(scope wasn't part of the deal)
Now I need to learn about the care and feeding of CZ bolts.

Re: CZ 455
There is probably nothing to not love about this rifle. Our youth league has several of these, and another local youth group has a bunch of older CZ's. They are a deal even at MSRP.
Boy, I say boy, you're reaching the limits of my medication!

Re: CZ 455
Do some Google searching for pillars and bedding for the action on the 455 if you want extremely good accuracy.

Re: CZ 455
Thanks all. Honestly, I like it how it is. I need to find a “decent” scope for it. That Sweet 17 works, but it’s not quite right.
Now I got it to the range. OMG, what a difference from my 10/22 and Henry (and the Henry is NICE). Accurate as hell, and this is stock. I’m impressed.

Re: CZ 455
My 452 Training rifle is about the most accurate firearm I own.
Spend some time reading the boards at Rimfire Central and you’ll see plenty of CZ love.
