Ok here we go.... how about mail boxes on a street corner. Or in parking lot strip malls.
Am I supposed to cross the road now, because I see a postal worker taking the mail out and into there trucks.

Let's not go overboard. The court ruling had to do with USPS property (i.e., real estate), nothing more.

I OCed today in Perkins Family Restaurant with my wife. Nobody said a word. And if we dine at Ruby Tuesday, which has a bar, I OC there, too. Again, nobody says a word.

Casinos aren’t prohibited by law either, but almost always have signage by the owner.

The PO near my last office was in a strip mall. Even the sidewalk directly outside their door is mall property, though they don't have any outside boxes. I just don't cross their threshold.

Interestingly, I had to drop a pre-posted package one day on my way home from work. The mail carrier was loading his truck at the edge of the lot about 50 feet in front of the door. Since I saw him as I pulled in, I didn't bother disarming. Got out, package in hand, and walked right up to him to hand it over. Easy peasy.

    IANAL

Exactly! Concealed is concealed. Side note about Buffalo Wild Wings, the one by me in east York had always had a sign on it but suddenly a couple months ago I noticed it was no longer there, don’t know if maybe a new manager there made a decision to remove it or what.

Too old for that shit anymore, if I'm sucked into anything I'm going to make damn sure I'm in the right.
