Kind of sucks without Constitutional Carry. Even leaving NJ you must prove you are doing something legally as opposed to the state gathering evidence of a crime! Going into PA you leave into a 'fog' that NJ can't see into. So how can they say you didn't hit a range or other exception. I probably shouldn't gripe as they would just pass more stringent laws for interstate transport or outlaw it altogether in NJ! Another requirement to ensure you don't permanently leave the state, lol. Well, it would be LOL if it were not so egregious.
