CIA, FBI, Homeland Security, BAFTE, have your IP address, phone logs, emails, and forum posts. Using a fake name does not help you.

    Hi-points are GOOD guns.

They are reliable ...per most owners.
They are backed by a lifetime warranty.
    They are made in USA.
    They are accurate.
    They are VERY inexpensive!

    Enjoy it.

    FLAUNT IT!

I have had a HP 9mm Carbine for a few years. A very fun gun to shoot. The only thing I don't like is cleaning it.
    Don’t like me ???? Tough, I don’t give a flying f@@k about ya.

Your doing it wrong. Spray can and bore snake.

Does it have the $100 dip? You’re representing now. Hubcap with a clock in it, hi-point with a little Glock in it.

OK... I'll set the record straight. ALL OF THE FIREARMS MENTIONED IN ORIGINAL POST WERE PROPERLY TRANSFERRED THROUGH THE SERVICE OF AN FFL (IN SOME CASES MULTIPLE FFLS). I appreciate the concern for the folks that asked the questions and/or pointed out the concern. I didn't bring it up in the OP to keep the story short. Good Lord gentlemen, the initial post was a bit of humor. Why the hell would I want to insert some sober reality in the scenario? Just take a step back and let me continue to pretend I live in a world that lacks silly gun laws, no 2A challenges because our Founding Fathers said so, every woman wants to ravage my body, and unicorns.

    For the rest of you...

No, I am not going to reject this gift out of some stuck up attitude
Yes, I will take it to the range and enjoy it
    No, I am not ashamed
Yes, it'll go to the range a few times a year
Yes, HP has a rep of producing functional products (no challenge from me)

LOL... and yes, I will spend as much to ship this to my FFL and transfer as it is probably worth!

    Glad to hear that.

PAFOA is the adult section of the firearms community (dick jokes aside), and people have learned that they can rely on us for the legalities. I got another call from a reporter today, through the site, who wanted the straight scoop on PA gun laws. We've earned that good reputation.

Whether it's a discussion of removing markings from a firearm, or a transfer of long guns across state lines, it's important to NOT leave anyone with a false impression regarding the laws.

Most Americans have a terrible understanding of the reality of gun laws and gun dynamics, because what they "know" is what they see repeated on TV. Being shot with a .357 Magnum will hurl you backwards and through a plate glass window; you can turn a semi Uzi model A into a working MG with a hand file and 20 minutes sitting on a bleacher; a 30 round magazine will get you through a running gunfight against 30 armed opponents; an AR-15 round is too powerful for deer; and slipping the store clerk an extra $20 will remove the need for a background check or ID.

They've seen all of that on TV, so they know it's true.

If you read something here on PAFOA, and nobody challenges it, it's probably OK. We all need to work at keeping that true.
