    How quickly can someone muster 10000 fleas and ticks for scattering in the area?

    I'm thinking the day before someone needs to sprinkle popcorn around the area. Lots of it. Lots of popcorn == lots of birds.

    Cats just caught and killed a mouse...it had fleas...I can drop cats and mouse off (have family down there), someone remove the fleas and return said cats clean and well call it even. Thanks.
