What is YOUR favorite pistol? Why?

The HK Mark 23.

Nothing I've ever shot is as accurate, soft shooting or reliable. Give it to even the newest of shooters and it'll make them look like a pro. The trigger is surprisingly good. It has an appearance that looks beautiful, yet tough. Throw on the KAC suppressor, and it takes everything to new heights. Quiet, even less recoil, less muzzle flip, and despite weighing nearly a pound, the balance of the gun isn't really thrown off. Is it the most practical gun? Probably not. But it follows me to the range almost every time.

Yes, I've wanted one since I was pretty darn young... I even have an airsoft version of it (yeah, I played a lot of video games when I was younger). But never did I think I'd like the gun this much.

I dont have a favorite handgun like I don’t have a favorite wrench ..they are tools in my eyes . I do have a sentimental favorite which is my S&W 411 , first handgun I ever bought and it still resides in my nightstand . I will never sell it . Now you want to talk favorites let’s talk shotguns

I go to something smaller when concealment is a must, but the Wilson CQB has been my favorite for years. It's been as reliable as any of my Glocks or Sigs.

Dare I say a Jennings J-22....not really. I am partial to a Les Baer 1911 Heavyweight Monolith. I always find myself grabbing at my Glock 41 for fun range trips.

In reality, My version of favorite really has limited usefulness, and I have and use much more capable handguns... But a favorite can be whatever... Sometimes they are sentimetal (get the pun?) sometimes they are just fun, and sometimes it's just because that was your Holy Grail or you just shoot it well ! My favorite is a Sig P229 with an SRT trigger. It's a beautiful gun. I bought it used as a .22 from a police officer whose department required them to have .22-cal versions of their duty weapons for practice, but his department switched to Glocks not long after he joined the force. It was my first Sig and I didn't know anything about it when I bought it. I liked it so much that I bought the 9mm conversion kit. Then I shot so much dirty .22 with it that it started to give me problems. I sent it to Sig for service, and I splurged on the action enhancement package. The trigger is so great now that I can't bring myself to gunk up the action of my favorite gun with gritty rimfire residue, so I'm going to sell the .22 conversion kit.

I'd have to go with my CZ PCR pistol. It's been perfectly reliable, it fits my hands well, and it's more accurate than I am.

I’m clear across the state or I’d have no issues. I’ve had two others get one after me and the five others I fondled before mine didn’t help. Hit up a uspsa match there will be at least one there
