Depends on caliber. Favorite .22 Ruger Mk III, favorite 9mm is Glock 19 and favorite "other" is the Fn 5.7

Me either, Went to the range last evening and put 100 rounds through it, only have one stove pipe. I can't blame that on the gun because all I shoot are my reloads. I did have an interesting thing happened, I was shooting my CZ 75 and I had 2 rounds that failed to fire. Primers were not struck, so I decided to try them in the P38 and they both went off. I'm still debating how that could happen. Joe

The P.38 was the primary duty German service sidearm of WW2 and the first full size auto with SA/DA trigger. It was intended to replace the P.08 Luger in service. Something like 600,000 built in WW2. In the late 1950s the revived German army readopted it as the P.1 with an alloy frame. Various varients were made (P.4, P.5) and it was used by the Germans as late as 2006.
