Chester County collecting tax on hunting licenses

Anyone know what tax they are referring to here? Last time I bought a hunting license was online and then they mailed it to me if I recall correctly.

This is the new Chester County Treasurer saying they are looking to up tax collection efforts.

“Collections for hunting licenses, dog licenses, pistol permits (for hunting) and small games of chance, including bingo, are also being ramped up, and a renewed effort is underway to ensure all taxes are collected.”
