This technique is excellent for anyone with weaker hands, or fingers woman or men.

This technique is excellent for any woman or man with weak hands or with an over sprung pistol.

Can't help much with your specific CZ75B problem, except perhaps to say I find mine easier to rack when the pistol is cleaned and lubed.

Alternatively . . . weakening eyesight has lead me to install optics or lasers on the pistols I shoot. My S&W 1911 has a rail; attached to that is a scope mount that reaches up, back at an angle, and over the slide; on top of that is an Aimpoint red dot. The point is with all that crap there's no place to grip the slide using more than thumb and a finger or two. Given weakening hands, that's not enough to allow me to rack the slide.

So I wedge the front sight against the edge of the bench/table/whatever and push against that to rack the slide. As long as the magazine does its job keeping the slide open on empty, I only have to do that once per session.
