Try reading European news and you see the attitude is common in the over-civilized Western European countries in this day and age. I would hope that this attitude does not find fertile soil here. Apparently for a few people it has though.

The right to be safe and secure in one's own home is just so basic you'd think it would be beyond comment.

There are families who obey the law and occasionally are victimized by the lawless, and there are lawless families whose members are the ones breaking into homes and getting arrested and shot.

I have a guess as to which kind of family she's from. I bet she's a firm cop-hater, too. And a proponent of prison reform, and eliminating mandatory minimum sentences, and more conjugal visits, and no death penalty even for murderers.
