Delaware County is not same day issue. It requires 2 trips one to apply and then one to pick up. It could take several weeks if you are a resident of the county. I do not know if they issue to non-residents. Despite the law, some counties will not issue to non-residents.

They have M1 competitions but only allow 5 rounds in the clip (I think there is a modified clip made for this purpose).
That is kinda weird. I can tell I'm going to miss my current club.

I don't think that's all you're going to miss, aren't you allowed to run over indigents who block the streets down there?

Their range rules should be posted on their website.
I went there for an orientation but decided it was too restrictive for me.
You are going to want to look west for a better range.

Thanks! Their website was down when I found them. I'll check back to see if it's still down.

North Carolina requires you to obtain a permit to purchase a handgun from your county's sheriff, whether buying from a dealer or private party. I wouldn't call that easier. The permit to purchase is waived for people who have a NC license to carry but to obtain that, you need to complete a mandatory training course with minimum 8 hours of instruction ($$$).

In PA you just show up to an FFL, fill out two paper forms, and walk out with your pistol.

Any mission, any conditions, any foe at any range.
Twice the mayhem, triple the force.
Ten times the action, total hardcore.
