Default Can I ride mtn bike to my huntinh spot on SGL?

I want to hunt about 3 miles back on SGL 135 in NEPA. There are a lot of roads back there closed to motorized vehicles. Can I ride my mtn bike back during archery season to hunt? I plan to pull a game cart behind the bike. I saw signs saying no non motorized vehicles riding on game land during hunting season. But also found these on hunters ed course saying you caught ride unless you're hunting. Confusing.

It's sad that things have become so regulated that a person has to consider the legality of riding a bicycle.

Now here is a novel idea of biking with your harvest.. after gutting, use it like a seat cover https://youtu.be/07jfM8vOq5Q

Here is a guy with a fat tire and trailer https://youtu.be/Pcqr1ykScVQ however I doubt his fat tire electric bike is legal on PAGC game lands

It depends upon how the law is written. If the law says no motors, then an all electric bike wouldn't be legal, but a gasoline engine would be legal. Of course, I'd never expect the people that write the laws to actually understand the terms that they use.

I believe it states, "motorized vehicles". I am also sure "motorized vehicle" as defined, would be one that was also "enginized"....LOL

It's funny that PA DMV does not consider a motorized bike an automobile, but PA Game Commission will not allow us to use a motorized bike. PA has some really gooofy/outdated laws.
