Re: Three in a row! HB 2597, HB 2598, HB 2599
Thats the thing.. We aren't giving anything on this. We're actually getting a small degree back. ...but they think they are getting us on it.
Not having your guns/ammo locked up when living with a prohibited person is already federal felony. And you can still be prosecuted under state law with today's existing statutes. This provides us with statutory exemptions, in writing, that are only quazi-legal exemptions today.RIP: SFN, 1861, twoeggsup, Lambo, jamesjo, JayBell, 32 Magnum, Pro2A, mrwildroot, dregan, Frenchy, Fragger, ungawa, Mtn Jack, Grapeshot, R.W.J., PennsyPlinker, Statkowski, Deanimator, roland, aubie515

Re: Three in a row! HB 2597, HB 2598, HB 2599
We have to fight them all. Look what is happening in California. Once gunowners concede ground, they lose every year after that. In California each legislative session produces multiple new infringements on the Second Amendment and they go on to become law. Same is happening in NY and soon enough in NJ. There is no end to it until the Second Amendment is eviscerated, surviving in name only.
