Default Open Carry abolished in Pa?

A friend talked to a deputy in Falls, and was told Gov. Wolf has banned open carry. Any truth to this?

He should talk to someone at a gun shop to clarify. LOL

See, the two worst places to get legal advice is from law enforcement, and from gun shop employees.

More than likely referring to the almost continuous "State of Emergency" we've been under due to heroin overdoses. Means you need an LTCF to open carry. It's not a change in law, just an executive decree that must be renewed periodically.

It has nothing to do with the breakdown of law, its just a "legal" way to violate peoples rights.
The cu$t should be called out on it.

Check this out carefully. I seem to recall the ban is ment for wide spread natural disaster and or political unrest/rioting. Opioid fake crisis doesn’t count. Expect to be arrested and sorted out later in court. Ianal.
