Re: Open Carry abolished in Pa?
I doubt that would happen.
Since the concurrent resolution of the General Assembly compels "Thereupon, the Governor shall issue an executive order or proclamation ending the state of disaster emergency." If he were to immediately re-proclaim a SoE for the same situation without any significant change in the nature or facts of the previous SoE, then I would think he would be in direct contravention of the plain intent of 35 PA CSA 7301(c) and he would have exceeded his authority.Last edited by tl_3237; August 5th, 2018 at 06:21 PM.
