    I doubt that would happen.

Since the concurrent resolution of the General Assembly compels "Thereupon, the Governor shall issue an executive order or proclamation ending the state of disaster emergency." If he were to immediately re-proclaim a SoE for the same situation without any significant change in the nature or facts of the previous SoE, then I would think he would be in direct contravention of the plain intent of 35 PA CSA §7301(c) and he would have exceeded his authority.

Has anyone been charged with carrying recently during this "state of emergency"?

Has anyone OCing with a LTCF been recently questioned and asked to show their card?

Are people in Falls being harassed by the OP's friends cop?

    And is hunting season cancelled!

If not this is hypothetical BS.

Other way around. This is official BS, even if people haven't been hypothetically charged under it.

The fact you can be charged under it is what leads to selective enforcement and "it's all good, I wasn't charged." Even though the guy down the street was hammered on, but it didn't make the news.

it was all done so he can dodge due process in regards to funding. also to virtue signal. he wanted to join the other libterd govs in their circle jerk.
someone should perform a forensic audit of transactions happening during these "emergencies"
There is no way to make it out alive...

Exactly. Every large company I have worked for has the same practice: A book full of policies, most of which are never enforced......until times get tight and they need to thin the ranks, then they ramp enforcement and can terminate folks "with cause" and avoid paying them unemployment.
