Can anyone comment on having a small KeyMod HandStop on an AR-15 pistol violating PA Law in terms of not being allowed to have a ‘Vertical Grip’ on an AR-15 pistol ?

IIRC, the ATF regulates that you cannot have a 2nd VERTICAL handgrip (the handguns grip is the 1st vertical handgrip) on a handgun UNLESS it is registered as a AOW (Any Other Weapon). The ANGLED foregrips or handstops are not regulated by the ATF (at this time).
