That letter and position is retarded. Remove the gas tube and an ar upper is a straight pull bolt action. Soon they will push for every part to be the gun. They really hate that you can make your own gun, they ignored it while the skill level was a barrier. They don't want to give up their unconstitutional infringement and will soon push to eliminate the second.
