I would prefer someone in the NEPA area but will travel as needed.I have contacted several dealers in Wilkes-barre

Definitely give Chris a call at Advanced Arms. Here's a link to their website where they discuss transfers.

Re: Need help finding a nfa dealer
Thank you for the replies...That was the first place. They seem to have no interest I sent copies of the paperwork and spoke to them a week ago. After a few days I called and was told
they have to check with the atf first and that could take a while.I need to get this moving as the registered owner wants to know whats going on and I don't have an answer.
An associate of Prince law went over the paperwork and all is in order. As per their advice as well as a 07(out of state or he could do it)It needs to remain on a form 5 until it is in my trust.I really did not think this would be such a difficult thing to do.

Re: Need help finding a nfa dealer
A form 5 is no different than a form 3 coming into a dealer, why wouldn't any SOT(/class3) dealer want in on a simple transfer??
Wouldn't you like to know what's in my safe.

Re: Need help finding a nfa dealer
Are you buying it from someone in PA? If you are you can do it yourself. I never did a Form 5 but I have done Form 1s and Forms 4 that were instate purchased. If you are doing an instate let me know, maybe I can walk you through it.
Buy the wat what are you buying?
