They sell a mold and resin kit for ar lowers. 3D prints can delaminate cast resin can’t. It’s a much better technology for the application. Some printers use liquid resin and laser instead of filament. They aren’t as common. This issue is completely fabricated to promote quickly passing draconian laws that over reach and remove rights not being discussed. Quick sloppy laws with hidden agendas. Sneak thieves and bastards, everyone of them. Progressives and socialism cannot stand up to the light of truth. That’s why they are always in a hurry, "we need to do something now" notice that they hide behind something. Oh but I’m sure it’s only common sense. Bull shit. It’s devious skullduggery to subvert the constitution.

They even made a movie about a resin gun.



In the Line of Fire with Clint Eastwood and John Malkovich. Even in it, he knew the bullets would go through a metal detector so he concealed them in a rabbit's foot. Everyone that knows even the slightest little bit about 3D printers knows that you'll never be able to shoot a .223 out of a printed gun. Even with the availability of the resin molds, there is not one single instance of one being made and used in a crime or smuggled anywhere.

I didn't watch the video, there's only so much idiocy I can handle in any given day.

poly cased ammo exists but relies on a strong chamber.
bullets of non metal composition exist but can't handle high velocities.
primers are still brass. firing pins and springs are still steel.
I guess you could make a ceramic firing pin but if a detector can pick up frag in someone's body, it can pick out a spring.

I don't listen to most people, especially lying politicians.

was just stating some facts and opinion.
it's probably wisest to listen to those who actually own and build firearms (random people on internet) than a guy who is most likely a prohibited felon.

7.62 blue plastic training ammo made for the HK91 and G3 with their proprietary bolt is damn near all plastic, minus the case head for extraction and of course the primer. Of course it will fire out of any 308 chamber.

Wonder if security metal detector would pic it up?

Without reading all 17 pages, the files are available from a lot of other places, I just downloaded all the them. Only took a few minutes, comes in at about 320 megabytes. Someone (or maybe everyone) should download these and write them to a couple of CDs then mail one to the AG and one to the Guv.
