Certainly guarantees them attention in national limelight.

Talk show this morning was playing it up as the end of gun control and that by default everyone should be allowed to carry now. (NJ based)

they have a overly dramatic point and if turtlebitch would pull his head out long enough for a vote, we would be allowed to carry now. lol
gun control has failed longer and harder than the democrats other unconstitutional power grab, drug control.

So can one of the Lawyers here please tell me how this is not official oppression under color of law? Specifically the 1st and 14th Amendments? The Courts have already rule DD files as First Amendment, and as others have pointed out just traveling across the border, you can download them in a majority of the nation. Seems to me Offices of the Governor, the AG and Superintendent of the State Police conspired to commit, and the three individuals can be named as individual criminal offenders, in additional to their official office (which makes it under color of law). Seems Three High Federal Crimes committed by some of the highest officials in the Commonwealth.

An article that I read stated that it was a temporary ban, which tells me that opposition and litigation over it is forthcoming. I wouldn't be surprised to see it get overturned.

If anyone with a business (gun/gear shop maybe) and wants some free publicity, get your logo printed on like 10000 1 Gb USB drives, load up these cad files and hand them out on the street corner. If the state gov tries to come down on you, it's very likely you'd win in court.

If the Capitol building has public wifi, setup a table there with a big sign, Ghost Gun Plans, Downloaded while you wait.

    lolol epic ideas.
they are temporary injunctions from what I read so litigation is coming up.
it'd be nice to see gunlawyer chime in though.

we could also set up a seed box and pass out shorturl's to a page with the downloads for all these files and more as torrents or megadrive downloads (or both)
since server will be offshore, let them try to squirm a ban on it.
