Doesn't always work out. I got shot in the leg by a friend at a party with just a small circle of friends.

Sad, but me and my wife's solution is to not have parties anymore. There are folks out there who will show up looking for free booze, drugs and booty they think they are going to find.

I have never had an uninvited person show up at a party, unless invited or someone asked me to extend an invite. But then again, I don't live in a frat house either.

I don’t prefer liquor, other than to partake in the occasional shot among friends. However, a social gathering without beer and wine is basically a Tupperware party.

I went to a party at a National Guard Armory in New York in 2004. Metal detector then hand held wand and then frisked. (I have titanium screws in my leg).

OK.Sounds like if we got an invitation to a party at your place it would be prudent to wear my old Body Armor that is expired ! Yes getting shot is no fun been there twice !
