Re: State College LTC Holder Reported
I'd likely say nothing. If I did it would be something indirect and 'friendly' like "hey, man, whaddya carrying?"

Re: State College LTC Holder Reported
Thank God we aren't Florida. I just got back from Daytona. I carried my pocket gun because if you expose the firearm in any manner (even on your property) and if someone sees and reports it, you become Mr. Evil incarnate. They even allow Open Carry (OC) while fishing and hunting. But a group of fisherman found out that the law isn't worth the paper it is written on. They do have stand your ground laws, though.
The idea of arrest and possible conviction for accidental exposure of a firearm is ridiculous. It will only punish the law abiding for having the audacity to exercise their rights. Without OC, the right to carry doesn't exist as you would require a permit which costs money, usually training of some sort and permission of the government. It is you. You have all the weapons that you need. Now fight. --Sucker Punch

Re: State College LTC Holder Reported
Do keep in mind with the wackos on the left, they've tried to SWAT people who are legally carrying, another good reason to conceal.

Re: State College LTC Holder Reported
Tell us how you REALLY feel. LOL
Reminds me of seeing one of the employees of the range I go to. We both got out of our cars and headed into the WAWA and as I followed him I saw that he kept tugging at his t-shirt obviously trying to cover up his IWB piece. I never would have thought to notice but he must have tugged at the shirt 5 times in the 20 yard walk into the store. Not to mention it was a black shirt with BERETTA printed on the back! Not judging here but he does seem like a dick when interacting with him at the range. Well maybe slightly judging but would never comment about his (lack of) cover up.

Re: State College LTC Holder Reported
Well... the FNG didn't understand the OC/ CC/ Pa way, and yinz kinda ragged on him a bit.
I call it "I don't care" carry, because OC is legal and with a LTCF CC is legal and there's no rules about printing
or concealing and the word brandishing is not in any PA statute.
Anybody who tells you different is loaded with condensed owl poop and should be ignored. Yes that includes cops and gun shop owners.
