400 table is a drop in the bucket for this facility. Southampton Road is one of the largest National Guard facilities in the country.

i've gone to every one of these shows and would be shocked to learn that it's actually 400 tables... i'm not debating the size of the facility but rather the size of this show.
it feels like 10 vendors... but still i go to support the show, if we stop going they stop coming

I'm new to the state- moved here from OK 2 months ago. I'm already fully legal (got my PA driver's license and CCW permit), but am not sure how gun shows work around here.
I know you are legally obligated to have background checks run on any handgun sale, even private and FFL sales at gun shows. So will FFLs at the show allow a (non-FFL) private individual to run a background check for their normal fee for a third party sale? I was looking up FFLs/gun shops in the surrounding area in case I have to complete the sale outside the show, but obviously being able to do it all at the show would be best. I just didn't know if that was common practice or if the FFLs gave non-FFL individuals (without the means to run checks themselves) the cold shoulder?
In OK no background check is required for private sales as long as the seller makes a reasonable effort to determine that the buyer is legal. In many cases people ask for a CCW permit to determine this.

Some will, some won’t. You just have to ask.

I may be a large NG facility, but the gun show venue is smaller than most high school gymnasiums.
I've been going to this show shince 2012. Decent show in the BHO years, less so nowadays. Still worth a peek, though, imho. I picked up three nice pieces there in the past year and half.
