PAFOA Members, allow me to re-introduce myself. My name is Phill Groff, I am the owner of Vigr Training LLC, a central Pennsylvania based firearms training provider. I have been on the board for years representing other companies but I am thrilled to be on my own now. Vigr is dedicated to providing the best firearms and safety training for Armed Patriots, LEO and Military personnel.
