That was a great video. Going to show it to my son whose turning 10 in the fall.

One of the first stages where she was dropping steel with that shotgun was awesome.

So what guns are you running? What loads? I definitely notice very low to no recoil.

All 3 of us have M&P 9s for handguns (them the 5" and me the 4.25"), all have rifles I built, and for shotguns, me and the kiddo use Stoeger M3ks and the Mrs has a Beretta 1301 Comp.

Ammo:

Shotgun - Remington Clay and Field 7.5's
Rifle and Pistol are my own reloads but an off the shelf damn near identical load would be Keystone Munitions 147g for pistol and their 55g for Rifle

Thank you for posting! Awesome video. Always was interested in 3-gun but get nervous when I think about running a course like that. Any advice for newbie? I see your local, any places to get involved with 3 gun?

Your best bet will be a match at Ontelaunee. The match director holds a new shooter "class" before every match to get the new shooters up to speed. Next match would be Sept I believe since the Aug match is a special event
