I'm having a hard time taking this post seriously.

Is your intention to target shoot without an appropriate backstop?

That is the reason why I posted here as I am not any kind of lawyer. Regardless or not if you take this question seriously, it shows up pretty high in the search results and if this person is giving incorrect advice then that is not good.
I don't think it means what you think it means.

I don't understand that, I take it at face value and have had (and still have) the same question(s) in my mind. I live in a rural area with 2 1/2 acres, which should be sufficient enough for me to target shoot. I called the local authorities and they referred me to hunting laws. To me it sounds like you need a backstop at 15yds or less from your target. In other words, don't shoot at 50 yds if your backstop is only at 150yds. But if you are on your own property and violated that detail I wouldn't expect to get called on it unless something else went awry and the law got involved.

ETA and it looks like that is during hunting season only the way it is worded. BUT I am not a lawyer.

His implication was that the rules only apply during a limited hunting season.

So you added a turbo? You deleted the Non-Aspirated?

That would be naturally-aspirated, no? Non-turbos still use air, just not forced induction.

You are correct. I don't have a turbo on my family sedan.
