Yes, of course they will be, and they should be locked up for it. The case in this thread is fascinating because what Wilson has done is tie the 2nd amendment to the first. The ruling very naturally effects the 2nd amendment, but it was decided based on the first. The plans he is posting are protected free speech. I love America

Interesting, so you're ok with the free speech related to the plans for firearms, but not those for nuclear bombs?
